The Rochester Bridge, also known as the Rochester Old Bridge and the Rochester Swing Bridge, is a two-tier road bridge across the River Medway in Rochester, Kent, England. The lower tier carries two-lane traffic on the A289, while the upper tier carries a railway line.
The lower tier of the bridge was built in 1856, replacing an earlier stone bridge that was damaged by a flood in 1850. The upper tier was added in 1864 to carry the railway line from Chatham to London. The bridge is a Grade II* listed building.
